30-Day Return Policy

Protection Allways Inc. guarantees your satisfaction. Every effort is made to display our items correctly. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date, provided the product is still in its original packaging with all the packaging material to prevent breakage (we will not refund if we receive returns without the original packaging or not packed correctly and damaged). We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Before returning anything, call customer service for return authorization and details. With return packing slip required and itemized list of items being returned and reason for return. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. Returns must be shipped via insured courier. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.

Damaged Products

Upon receipt of merchandise, should you find a damaged or broken piece, please contact us immediately within 48h of delivery at 514-276-7657 or at info@protectionallways.com. Do not throw away the products or the packaging, as well as the proof of delivery; should you do so, we will not be able to replace your goods.
