At Société de Protection All-Ways (2013) Inc., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once your return request is accepted, you may send back the products. Return shipping for items accidentally ordered will be at the customer's expense. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, the return shipping will be covered by Protection All-Ways Inc.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.

Please note that all sale items are not eligible for returns.

Tarrifs and Other Fees:

For orders shipped from our facilities in Canada to addresses in the United States, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities or relevant government agencies. These charges are determined by the destination country's regulations and are beyond our control.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item once your return is accepted. Then, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
